The West Harlem Art Fund & the City College of New York were proud to present the outdoor exhibition "In Dialogue" at historic St. Nicholas Park.  As neighborhoods, cities and our country grapple with complex issues, the need to think outside the box and form meaningful, strategic partnerships is greater than ever. In our small way, we feel that we are contributing to an important conversation using art creatively to spark innovation and shape new talent.
